In about 1/3 of the companies that can afford it, the growth will be between 10 and 20%. This is mainly for companies that rely on foreign markets.
A marketing research firm has 30 employees. Her clients are mainly from the West. Therefore, the hope is that the situation there will be better in 2014.
Salaries in the company vary between BGN 1,500 and BGN 2,000. Every month, a prize of BGN 500 is given to the employee with the best results. The tradition will continue in the new year.
In 2014, two additional people will most likely be appointed in each department of the company. Hiring, however, will be the exception rather than the trend in the private sector next year.
The survey data shows that half of the companies will not hire more people, and one in ten intends to cut staff.
