Personnel mobilized under the colors of the CFDT report difficulties in getting paid for their travel to companies as stipulated in the collective agreement. Better work rather than bonuses
The list of complaints is growing. Employees denounce an absent director, who manages the Oise sites from the south of France. And too strict management of daily expenses. Many say they no longer have office supplies or toilet paper. This, while the association would show a profit of around €680,000 last year. But despite that, it’s not money they’re asking for.
According to the employees, the director offered them bonuses on the eve of the strike. “But for us, it’s really the working conditions.
