Syamsul Arif Putra reported to the Makassar Manpower Office because he was unilaterally fired by the company where he worked for asking questions holiday allowances (THR). Makassar Mayor Moh Ramdhan ‘Danny’ Pomanto said this matter had gone too far.
“If that’s the case, right? tallewa-left (outrageous) the name,” said Danny when contacted, as reported by detikSulsel, Tuesday (26/4/2022).
This case is known to have been reported to the Makassar City Manpower Office (Disnaker). The complaint came from an employee named Syamsul Arif Putra who was fired from PT Karya Alam Selaras.
“But it must be clarified first, there was another reason, it could be because you were lazy to enter, you kept asking THR, people are usually angry. Or is that just too late,” he said.
He also submitted this issue to be followed up at the Makassar Manpower Office. All mechanisms for violations and sanctions are adjusted.
“So I think if that’s the case, the complaint should be studied first. There’s already a mechanism, right. If it’s a dispute, there’s a mechanism. If it’s a dispute, it’s a dismissal,” said Danny.
