BRD is preparing for the big change: Employees are not returning to work for five days in the office. We want to implement this formula in the future!

“In the future, our general framework for telework will include between 1 and 3 days of remote work per week for people with positions that allow remote work. In the long term, we will continue to automate and digitize processes to enable more and more functions, including in the front office, to benefit from remote work facilities, “said Claire Schalenbourg, executive director of human resources, BRD, according to ZF.

Wall Street banks investigated by US authorities

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has opened a large-scale investigation into how Wall Street banks track their employees’ digital communications, several sources told Reuters, quoted by News.ro.

SEC employees they have contacted several banks in recent weeks to verify that they have properly documented employees’ professional communications, such as text messages and emails, with a focus on personal devices, three people familiar with the situation told Reuters.

The checks are a new sign that the SEC is stepping up oversight under democratic rule and highlighting the difficulties faced by Wall Street banks in tracking employee communications in the era of the cornavirus pandemic and working from home.

In August, JPMorgan revealed that it had answered questions about “compliance with business communications requirements through e-mail channels” that had not been approved by the bank.

JPMorgan said it is discussing a solution with regulators, without specifying what they are.

In the United States, there is no clear legal basis for an employer to require an inspection of employees’ personal communications, while in other countries such inspections could violate data protection law, a Reuters source said.
