Investigative reporters from Bellingcat and The Insider revealed last week that Navalny was poisoned by a special unit of the FSB. Those claims are being dismissed by Russian President Putin as nonsense and an attempt by Western intelligence services to discredit him.
Putin recently admitted that Navalny has been shadowed by the security forces for years, but also said that Navalny is nothing and laughed that if Russian agents wanted to kill him, they would have “got the job done”.
