NEUEWEGE gGmbH and its clients design new, flexible and innovative forms of care for people of all ages with psychosocial support needs. People who suffer from attachment disorders, developmental disorders or psychological disorders are cared for in the form of residential groups (with up to 5 children and adolescents), day-care offers and in mobile support. The focus is on individual customer support, which is characterized by creativity, appreciation and empathy.
We are looking for a flexible and resilient employee (with completed and recognized training) to work in a multi-professional team for the full care of children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities and behavioral problems in Vienna on behalf of the MA11.
Areas of responsibility:
- Empathetic support for customers in everyday pedagogical work
- Professional relationships with the facility’s customers
- Support with basic care
- Participation in the creation of development and support plans, as well as target agreements
- Crisis and emergency management
- Care of at least one customer
- Cooperation with the system of origin, authorities, doctors and therapists
- Implementation of agreed strategies and processes
- Personal hygiene guidance and implementation as required
Requirement profile:
- Completed psychosocial training at diploma level in the sense of the MA11 requirements (social work, social pedagogy, diploma social supervisor, diploma / general or psychiatric nurse & carer)
- relevant work experience

- Willingness to supervise

The classification depends on the qualification level according to SWÖ-KV for full-time employment from VWGr. 6 from EUR 2,278.30 gross – excl. SEG allowance.
