Tasks:
You inspire and advise our customers about holiday destinations worldwide and actively sell a wide range of travel-related services. You also advise our members and customers on ADAC membership, member services and questions about mobility. You also actively broker ADAC insurance and financial services based on needs and offer individual services and products related to ADAC membership. By providing first-class service in customer conversations on the phone, you strengthen customer loyalty and increase the number of new customers acquired.
Qualifications:
You have completed training, for example as a travel or tourism clerk or in the commercial sector. You enjoy dealing with people, have a high level of service orientation and a needs-based sales affinity. You also have extensive knowledge of travel, products and destinations. You enjoy mobility topics and are interested in insurance and financial services.
