Main areas of activity

As an employee in “Credit Service Private Customers” you can expect a broad and varied range of tasks in a young, committed team.

Our main areas of activity include:

• Creation of credit and security certificates including implementation in IT
• Loan disbursement and ongoing monitoring
• Review and processing of documents
• Daily, monthly, quarterly administrative activities, list processing & inventory monitoring
• Participation in specialist projects as well as preparatory activities for system changes
• Advice to process partners & customer advisors
• Correspondence with customer service representatives & Raiffeisen banks in the Upper Austria area

your qualifications

• Completed commercial training and / or professional experience in the financial sector
• Relevant, several years of professional experience with a focus on financing is an advantage
• Sound IT knowledge
• Analytical thinking, quick comprehension and accuracy
• Distinct customer and service orientation, confident demeanor and willingness to communicate
• Great ability to work in a team and great commitment
• Pronounced willingness to innovate and change

We offer a market-compliant remuneration package with attractive social benefits. The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 31,664.36 gross (including special payments). The actual payment corresponds to your respective qualifications or professional experience.
