Emotional intelligence is more important than artificial intelligence

People no longer talk except about artificial intelligence and GPT chat, and everyone is panting after anything new, and it seems that the whole world is no longer thinking or waiting to know what is useful, and do we really need all of that. We have forgotten the basics and simple things that if we did, we would have become much better than we are now. Humanity has literally been hijacked by the obsession with technology, and with time we began to forget ourselves, and we care more about artificial intelligence and digital transformation than we care about humans, although the biggest transformation the world needs now is Human transformation, and the “humanization” of work, cities, the economy, and laws. We need more emotional intelligence.

Emotional intelligence is a skill that can be learned and developed. It means that a person is fully aware of his feelings, can express them in a way that does not hurt others, and can differentiate between opinions and facts. Thus, he who has high emotional intelligence does not have the ability to understand himself and to understand and consider the feelings of others. This is not limited to social relations only, but is an important part of all commercial and business relationships.

So, how can a person know if they have emotional intelligence, and to what extent? There are many sources and psychological tests to determine this, but I will list seven signs of the presence of emotional intelligence, and I got them from the site Psyhc2go.net First: You can read non-verbal expressions or body language, by looking at the person you can from their facial expressions or the tone of their voice or the movement of their hands to discover What is going on inside him and his psychological state. Second: You care about others, for example when you ask them about their news, you are really asking to know their news and reassure them, and not a routine or automatic question. Third: You have emotional resilience. You may lose your job, shock a person, or miss an important opportunity, but you do not stop too much and do not turn the situation into a drama. positive. Fourth: You are well aware of your improvement opportunities, and have a passion for learning, and thus always grow. People with low emotional intelligence make the world believe they know everything and can do anything, and when something goes wrong they blame anyone or any circumstance. Fifth: You are aware of your feelings, you know how you feel, what caused the feeling, and how to process and deal with the feeling, and your feelings direct you towards finding a solution instead of closing in on yourself. Sixth: You avoid negative self-talk. When things are not going well, you are able to admit the mistake and explore your options to solve the problem, then move forward and solve it. Seventh: You have a pursuit and determination to succeed, and you have dreams and a strategy to make those dreams a reality. You can also set goals and achieve them regardless of how long it takes, and deal with setbacks and amend deficiencies. And to talk the rest.
