The stylist says he was hauled out of his house for his admission, covering his face. A neighbor of his took pictures of this, after which the rumor arose that he would have died.

“I live in a mansion, my bedroom is high. It was cold and windy and a brother covered my face,” said Van Leer. “I couldn’t go down with a stretcher.”
