Freiburg / Kenzingen. The Emons forwarding company moved to Kenzingen (Breisgau). As the company announced, the operational, forwarding and logistical activities of Emons Spedition have been taking place in the new forwarding facility in Kenzingen since the end of March.
Kenzingen replaces the previous system in Freiburg. The location is around 30 kilometers away from the former branch. 3000 square meters of handling space and 42 gates are available for general cargo transport in the Freiburg region. There is also 1210 square meters of office space. In addition, Emons Logistik offers warehouse logistics solutions with a 12.5 meter high logistics hall on 4500 square meters.
According to the company, the branch’s energy requirements are covered by a photovoltaic system on the roof and a heat pump. The location is directly connected to the A5 motorway.
