On Friday around 10.30 p.m., unknown perpetrators in Käthe-Kollwitz-Strasse and Schillerstrasse in Emmendingen set fire to the green paper bins placed on the respective properties.
Both paper bins were completely destroyed by the fire. In addition, the outside wall of a garage was slightly damaged by the development of heat.
The Emmendingen volunteer fire brigade was also on duty. According to the current state of investigation, there was only minor damage to property.
The police station Emmendingen (phone: 07641-582-0) has started the investigation and asks witnesses who can provide information about the incident to contact the police station Emmendingen.
