An accident involving two passenger cars occurred near Emmenbrücke (LU) on Wednesday evening (March 1, 2023). Witnesses are being sought.
On Wednesday, March 1, 2023, shortly after 6:30 p.m., a driver drove on Rothenburgstrasse from Emmenbrücke in the direction of Rothenburg.
At the same time, a vehicle driver coming from Rothenburg drove over the motorway bridge and turned left to drive onto the A2 motorway in the direction of Lucerne. There was a collision between the two vehicles. The turning car came to rest on its roof. Nobody got hurt.
A rapid drug test was positive for one of the drivers. The 70-year-old man had to undergo blood and urine tests. In addition, his driver’s license was confiscated for the attention of the administrative authority.
