Star chef
On the sidelines of the launch party for the 2023 stamp collector, resulting from the partnership between the City of Chartres and La Poste, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Chartres en lumière, Bertrand Jallerat, director of the Grand Monarque, unveiled the name of the chef for La Paulée 2024, in Chartres. “It will be Emmanuel Renaut,” he said. The chef, who has three Michelin stars, is currently at the head of the Flocons de sel restaurant in Megève (Haute-Savoie).
