Actress Emma Watson (“Harry Potter”, “It’s good to be quiet”) called the reasons for the break in filming. She spoke about this in an interview with the Financial Times.
As an actress, Watson said she wasn’t happy and “felt kind of caged.” She was forced to represent and be the face of projects over which she had no control and in the creation of which she had little participation. This greatly disappointed her. Nevertheless, Watson is confident that one day she will return to filming.
Watson’s last work in big cinema was the role of Meg in Little Women. The film was released in 2019, and its shooting ended in 2018. After that, the actress starred in a commercial for Prada, which became her directorial debut. In an interview with the Financial Times, she said that she was also invited to direct a music video for a famous singer.
