This Tuesday the 46th edition of the Rally Isla Tenerife was presented at the facilities of the Parque Marítimo, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, which will be held this weekend on the island’s roads.
With the presence of authorities, sponsors and participants, an edition was presented that is waiting to receive a response from the regional government’s health department, so that it can have an audience at the different kilometer points of the sections to be contested.
In the Hoy por Hoy Tajaraste program, the Canarian pilot Emma Falcón, commented on the enthusiasm with which she faces the test and her plans for the future: “I am very excited about the dispute of the test. We really want it to be celebrated and hopefully have an audience so fans can enjoy it, as long as sanitary conditions can be respected. “
About the future she wants in the world of motorsport, Emma was clear when she said: “I hope I can run the European championship again and one day play the World Cup, it would be a dream.”
On the female presence in the motor world and its different specialties, Falcón commented on the microphones of Cadena Ser: “That there are no more women is not a quality problem, it is a quantity problem. Little by little we are more women in this world and that’s good news. ”
