The court decided to suspend the Bangladeshi driver’s license for a period of 3 months, fined him 10 thousand dirhams and paid 320 thousand dirhams as blood money to the families of the victims, while the Indian driver was fined 2000 dirhams and paid 80,000 dirhams in blood money.

In detail, the service of the Bengali newspaper “The Business Standard” revealed that the two people who caused the accident, a Bengali and the other an Indian in his forties, drove their car recklessly.

He indicated that the Bangladeshi driver stopped his car in the middle of a main road and started backing up, and the Indian driver, who was in another car, could not see the car and turned away. collided with it, after which the two cars collided with a third car containing a Saudi family.
