At the beginning of his talk to Emirates Today, Hamdan Muhammad referred to his father’s great role in discovering his talent from an early age, when he was eight years old, while his brother Nasser was one year ahead of him in achieving the same talent, and he added: “My father has a long history in the field of art.” And music, especially since my grandfather, may God have mercy on him, was a well-known name and active in the field of Emirati heritage arts in the days of diving, such as Al-Ayyala, Al-Yawla, and Al-Razfa. This is what makes me feel proud to belong to an artistic family that was founded by my grandfather and which my father sought to continue and expand, by training me and my brother Nasser in the origins of these arts. And musical maqams in their various schools and colours.” Hamdan continued: “In this experience, I was influenced by the authentic Gulf voices, and I became fond of the songs of the stars of the beautiful era, such as the late Bahraini singer Ali Bahr, and the distinguished Abdul Karim Abdul Qader, in addition to the voices of Gulf singing stars such as Hussein Al Jasmi, Ahlam, Abdul Majeed Abdullah, and others.” ».
Hamdan confirms that his father sought to teach him the basics of playing the guitar, before he discovered the secrets of this stringed instrument and the magic of its various tones, all the way to the organ, trying to compose distinctive musical passages, saying: “Playing these two musical instruments helped me improve my singing experience and practice in singing.” Introducing musical compositions and getting to know them in a more professional manner. It also opened the door wide for me to try composing some of the songs that I released with my brother, which met with clear public success on our YouTube platform, which constituted an additional motivation for us to continue on this path.

Despite the difficulty of following the program’s journey alone after his brother withdrew from the competition, Hamdan stressed his insistence on continuing and impressing the judging panel and the audience, saying: “I still have many surprises to present in this beautiful artistic competition, in which I hope to reach its final stages and be crowned with victory to open the first doors.” Stardom and professionalism in the future,” noting that his participation in the program allowed him to enrich his artistic experience and learn about various young artistic experiences, and then “make new friendships and meet a number of prominent Arab art stars such as Abdullah Al-Ruwaished, Angham, and Ragheb Alama.”

Rather, I encourage them to do so after completing their studies.
