DUBAI, 5 October / WAM / His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and President of the Museum of the Future, spoke in a meeting with a large group of personalities and media leaders of the Arab Media Forum guests, who was hosted by Dubai on 4 and 5 October, with the participation of over 3000 one of the most important decision makers, officials and media faces in the Arab world.
During the dialogue moderated by writer and media personality Imad Al-Din Adib and hosted by the Museum of the Future, His Excellency Mohammed Al Gergawi stressed that the leadership of the UAE believes in the idea of development and that the success of any Arab country it is a success for everyone and for the future of the Arabs.
His Excellency Muhammad Al Gergawi said: “We have learned from our leadership that we, as Arabs, can achieve scientific results that history has not witnessed … and that what moves Arab peoples into the future is creativity, unique technology and innovations such as the world economy will change dramatically during the next stage and we must keep up with the changes and technological development to continue the sustainable development process.
His Excellency Mohammed Al Gergawi stressed that His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, is a leader who understands the importance of movement, of change and development without waiting, and always bets on the Arab person and believes in his ability to achieve the impossible, and that is why Dubai and the Emirates are born today as a civil and human experience of which the whole world is proud, as His Highness, with his thought and vision, has restored confidence to the Arab region and to Arab society.
His Excellency said: “Dubai’s real secret is its leadership represented by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who launched Dubai towards leadership with his thinking and philosophy.”
His Excellency added that in the year 1959 His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid arrived at the London airport with his father, the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed.
Al Maktoum, may your soul rest in peace, to meet the then British Prime Minister. After this visit, the dream of Dubai airport began, which, within a few years, moved from a dirt runway to the largest airport in the world, and a symbol of civic activity in a city that loves to exceed expectations and achieve what seems impossible.
During the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Arab Media Forum, His Excellency Mohammed Al Gergawi said: “The visions and directions of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum constitute an exceptional approach and have established a unique leadership thinking that embraces innovation and excellence, to become a source of inspiration for governments and a model for the world “.
On the future that the UAE is trying to achieve, His Excellency said: “We must keep up with technological development on an ongoing basis to continue the process of sustainable development. Our great dream and our main goal is that the Emirates United Arab Emirates are the best country in the world since its centennial in 2071. The world is in constant and rapid change and the UAE is keeping pace with this. Changes with perseverance.
His Excellency added that the wise leadership in the UAE believes in the idea of development and that the success of any Arab country is a success for all and for the future of the Arabs, and this thought is no coincidence. Dubai, “and therefore any economic competition with Dubai is a wholly healthy condition, because we are fully aware that the opening of more countries in this region and its prosperity is good for everyone.”
His Excellency emphasized the close link between science and reading, stressing the importance of the Arab Reading Challenge project, launched and sponsored by His Highness to form an effective Arab model that restores hope to future generations. More than 78 million students participated. in the initiative, with a reading rate of 50 books per year per student. The continuous development launched by His Highness in the service of the region benefits more than 91 million people worldwide.
During the special Arab Media Forum celebration at the Museum of the Future, His Excellency Mohammed Al Gergawi said: “The Emirati man is the greatest achievement that the UAE is proud of and that the Emirati people are the product. del thought of a wise guide, and they are the creators of Emirati glory and a model of success for mankind. “
