DUBAI, 30th January / WAM / The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources signed five strategic partnerships with local institutions and business incubators with the aim of supporting the implementation of the sabbatical leave initiative for employees in the federal government, in the presence of Her Excellency Ohood bint Khalfan Al Roumi, Minister of State for Government Development and the Future, President of the Federal Authority for Human Resources government and partner organizations.
Business incubators, within the framework of their partnership with the Authority, will provide support to employees who have obtained a sabbatical leave for self-employment, raise their efficiency and entrepreneurial capabilities, and take advantage of the privileges and financing options provided by these institutions and incubators, as well as provide guidance and direction to them during the leave period through experienced entrepreneurs in various sectors. and provide them with the opportunity to build beneficial business relationships.
