SHARJAH, 19th January, 2020 (WAM) — The Muwaileh Suburb Council in Sharjah of the Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs was elected during its first meeting – in the presence of Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, head of the Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs, and Dr. And Yasser Omar Al Dokhi, Vice President.
The meeting comes in implementation of Emiri Decree No. (2) of 2023 issued by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, regarding the formation of the Muwaileh Suburb Council in the city of Sharjah.
The meeting was attended by members of the Council: Jassim Muhammad Khamis bin Talee’ah, Khalid Abdullah Al-Rabawi, Salem Rashid Salem Al-Junaibi, Abdullah Salem Ali bin Maadan Al-Ketbi, Ali Saleh Ali Sambij Al Ali, Muhammad Juma Hamad Al-Mashghuni, Muhammad Ali Abdullah Al-Ghazal Al-Shamsi and Yasser Omar Yousef Jassim Al-Doukhi.
Khaled Abdullah Al-Raboi, Chairman of the Muwaileh Suburb Council, affirmed the Council’s keenness to continue communication with the people, work to serve the community, complete the suburb’s role in developing its partnerships, and put forward initiatives within the framework of the Council’s plans that support the policies of the Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs.
The Council reviewed the most important issues that it will discuss during the coming period and what it intends to implement in terms of programs and plans that are in line with the policies of the Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs and the development of partnerships with various departments and agencies.
In a related context, the Suhaila Suburb Council in Kalbaa of the Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs elected during its first meeting – in the presence of Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Head of the Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs, and Dr. Saeed Al-Naqbi, Vice President.
The meeting was attended by members of the suburb, Ahmed Khalifa Saeed Al-Naqbi, Jassim Muhammad Obaid Al-Shehhi, Rashid Saeed Obaid bin Frish Al-Kindi, Salem Khalifa Salem Al-Dahmani, Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ayyaf Al-Washhi, Saleh Ali Muhammad Jassim Al-Balushi and Issa Murad Muhammad Darwish.
Rashid Saeed bin Frish Al Kindi, Chairman of the Suhaila Suburb Council, stressed the importance of continuing the steps in order to communicate with the people and work in order to translate the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. An extension of the role of the Suburb Council under the umbrella of the Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs.
