DUBAI, 11 November / WAM / Thursday 10 November 2022 the closing ceremony of the Arab Reading Challenge saw the launch of two new Arab works by the artist, Mohamed Assaf and by the artist Abu, in support of the champions of the largest competition of reading of its kind in Arabic and to encourage a culture of reading and a continued focus on the level of education and the acquisition of knowledge.
The closing ceremony of the Arab Reading Challenge, in which the two new works were launched, culminated in the champion of the sixth season of the challenge, the champion of the communities, the distinguished supervisor and the illustrious school on the stage of the Opera of Dubai, in the presence of over 2,000 personalities.
The two works were exhibited for the first time at the closing ceremony in honor of the heroes of the Arab Reading Challenge on the stage of the Dubai Opera and in support of the more than 22 million students from 44 countries who participated in the sixth season of the reading. initiative.
Artist Mohammed Assaf presented the song “Read”, which celebrates reading as a component of personality and identity and an engine for the progress and building of civilization, appreciating the inspiring journey of the stars of the Arab Reading Challenge, the total number of which of participants in its six sessions attracted 79 million students from all over the world.
He wrote the lyrics for the song “Read”, which Mohammed Assaf first performed on the stage of the Dubai Opera during the coronation ceremony of the Arab Reading Challenge champions, poet Karim Al-Iraqi. It is composed, supervised and performed by the musician Fahd Al-Nasser, arranged by Abdullah Al-Omani and mixed by Jassem Muhammad.

Artist Abo presented his new artwork titled “The Reading Noor” in Dubai, specifically to honor the heroes of the Arab Reading Challenge and encourage children and young people to take advantage of reading in their daily life and build their future and the future of their companies.
The artist, Abo, participated in the performance of the song, the child Mustafa Kaddoura, to form together a distinct duet. The song is written by poet Ayman Bahjat Qamar, composed by musician Mohamed Yahya and recorded and distributed by K66 Productions.
