ABU DHABI, October 1, WAM / His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and head of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, visited the 19th edition of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition, which is organized by the Emirates Falconers Club at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center, until 2 October 2022.
His Highness was accompanied on this tour by Lieutenant Colonel Pilot Sheikh Zayed bin Hamad bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Director of the Department of Special Patrols in the Criminal Security Sector, His Excellency Majid Ali Al Mansouri, Chairman of the Higher Organizing Committee of the exhibition, and His Excellence Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Chief Executive Officer and CEO of Abu Dhabi National Company For the “ADNEC” exhibitions.
During his tour of the exhibition, His Highness was briefed on the developments and initiatives of the Abu Dhabi Police Knights and His Highness praised the efforts made by the Abu Dhabi Police to promote horse riding as a national heritage within the system. of police in the emirate.
His Highness also inspected numerous local, regional and international pavilions and listened to the organizers of the exhibition, which was attended by more than 900 attendees from 59 countries, an explanation of the most important industries and products offered to preserve the environment and adopt a sustainable approach to fishing methods, during this year’s edition, which takes place under the slogan “Sustainability and heritage … with a renewed spirit”.
The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition is the largest event of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa region. The 2022 edition of the exhibition will take place over 7 days and the exhibition is expected to attract more than one hundred and five thousand visitors by the end of its activities.
