SHARJAH, 26th January / WAM / Directors of channels, radio stations and departments at the Sharjah Radio and Television Authority participated in a training course organized by the Sharjah Media Training Center on creative leadership, presented by Dr. Abdul Rahim Ismail Al Zarouni, trainer and consultant in institutional development.

The course, which lasted for three full days, was held at Al Badayer Oasis Resort in Sharjah, with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of administrative creativity and innovation in the management of the work team. It included training workshops and practical exercises, where the focus was on a number of leadership concepts that help corporate leaders to make the right decisions and how to motivate employees to get the feedback. the appropriate.
