DUBAI, 12th October, 2020 (WAM) – The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture of the Kingdom of Bahrain has revealed, during its participation in GITEX 2022, which is currently taking place at the Dubai World Trade Center, the permit system building “Banayat”, which deals with the issue of building permits for all projects – investment, residential, industrial and commercial -.
The system allows licensed engineering firms to submit building permit applications and obtain consulting services from all government agencies via the Kingdom’s interactive map feature.
The project aims to reduce the time for issuing building-related permits and permits, facilitate the application process for government building-related services, transfer the role of government agencies from operational to supervisor, unify requirements among the four municipalities and service agencies and establish an effective mechanism to monitor performance and generalize requirements.
