ABU DHABI, 1st December, 2020 (WAM) — His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Tamim, President of the Abu Dhabi Center for Arabic Language, said that the ’51st Union Day’ for the UAE is a celebration of the achievements and successes of more than five decades since the establishment of the union, the foundations of which were built by the founding fathers, led by the late His Sheikha Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and his brothers, the rulers of the Emirates, have set a pioneering example in progress and prosperity of countries, has become a model in all international forums.
In a speech on this occasion, he said, “Today, our wise leadership, led by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, State President,” may God protect him “and his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, ‘may God protect him,’ continues And their brothers, Their Highnesses, members of the Supreme Council of the Union and Rulers of the Emirates are building on these successes and make our country progress in deepening its renaissance and achieving the goals of its development plans in all sectors.
He added: “Union Day is an occasion dear to all our hearts, through which we renew our loyalty and belonging to this good land, whose achievements have come to embrace heaven, and fill us with feelings of pride and pride, these feelings whose seeds were planted many years ago in the soul of every Emirati, male and female, to bear fruit with more work and dedication in serving the nation for a bright present and a better future for our generations futures.
He concluded by saying, “We congratulate the Emirati leadership and people and the residents of its land on this occasion, praying to the Lord to perpetuate safety and security for our state, and every year and our dear Emiratis with a thousand good, prosperity and stability”.
