DUBAI, 20th December, 2020 (WAM) — National Central Cooling Company, ‘Tabreed’, has announced the activation of the decision to increase the foreign ownership percentage in the company’s shares, effective next Friday’s trading session, corresponding to the 23 of December.
The company said today in a statement to the Dubai Financial Market that with the implementation of the decision, the percentage of foreign ownership of the company’s shares will be increased from 49% to 100%, and the percentage of individual ownership of the company’s shares the company’s shares will be increased from 20% to 100%.
“Tabreed” shares closed today on the Dubai Stock Exchange, up 10.14% at AED 3.15, after trading 7.5 million shares, valued at AED 22.59 million, through 321 transactions, thus positioning itself in third place in the list of the most active by values and in fifth place in the list of the most active by volume.
