ABU DHABI, 29th December, 2020 (WAM) — Abu Dhabi Police celebrated the graduation of 271 recruits from vocational training courses in the Police Rehabilitation Department, at the Al Murabaa Police Fort in Al Ain.
The ceremony was attended by Major General Sheikh Mohammed bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Director of Port Affairs and Security Sector, Major General Thani Butti Al Shamsi, Director of the Saif Bin Zayed Academy of Police and Security Sciences, Major General Khalifa Mohammed Al Khaili, Director of Finance and Services Sector, Brigadier General Ahmed Masoud Al Mazrouei, Director of Community Security Sector, and a number of officers and police.
Major General Sheikh Mohammed bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan congratulated the graduates on joining the police work system to serve the nation, underlining the enthusiasm and interest of the wise leadership to advance the police work process and safety in accordance with the best advanced international standards. personal and practical skills and abilities, then the sponsor of the ceremony awarded the best artists of the course.
Major General Thani Butti Al Shamsi affirmed the interest of the Saif bin Zayed Academy of Police and Security Sciences in providing the highest standards of quality in its academic, training and specialized courses and programs in the management of qualifications of the police to improve system security performance and achieve forward-thinking institutional police leadership.
He wished the graduates continued progress and success in the fields of institutional work and urged them to take responsibility and deal civilly with superiors, subordinates, the public and clients to maintain the pioneering reputation of the Abu Dhabi Police Headquarters.
Colonel Ali Khamis Al Yamahi, Deputy Director of the Police Rehabilitation Department, gave a speech commending the support of the police leadership, underlining the Abu Dhabi Police’s enthusiasm for military training of its members as a basis for developing the capabilities of members of the police, and equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills which contribute to raising their level of performance, leading to the ability to perform tasks and perform tasks perfectly.
Stresses that these courses have helped to provide graduates with adequate theoretical information and multiple skills in the field of the use of weapons, infantry and shooting, as the diversity of their subjects has an added value and increases their importance and the utility.
