ABU DHABI, 5 November / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received Bilawal Bhutto Zardar, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance them and broaden their horizons in the service of the common interests of the two countries and their friendly peoples.
The two sides also examined regional and international issues and developments in the region and exchanged views on the matter.
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed the visit of His Excellency Bilawal Bhutto Zardar, highlighting the historical relations between the two friendly countries and the growth and development of joint cooperation at various levels.
For his part, His Excellency Bilawal Bhutto Zardar stressed the depth of the Emirati-Pakistani relations and the enthusiasm of the two friendly countries and their leadership in strengthening and developing them in all fields.
The meeting was attended by HE Hanna Rabbani Khar, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and HE Ahmed bin Ali Al-Sayegh, Minister of State.
