Emirates News Agency – 4 dead and 41,000 people evacuated due to floods in Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur, March 5, WAM, Four people were killed, due to floods that swept several states across Malaysia, following heavy rains.
And the Malaysian authorities announced today that more than 41,000 people have been evacuated from six states, especially from the state of “Johar”, to schools and shelters, noting that the continuing rains have hindered relief operations.

The Malaysian Meteorological Agency predicted that the rains will continue until next April.
