Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Social media activists have released videos of the Emir of Mecca, Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, and his interaction with a song as he participated in the fourth season of the Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Awards for Arabic poetry.

The prince paid tribute to the winners of the award, who are, according to the official Saudi news agency: “The winner of the Poetry Experience Award, poet Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Ali of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a value of 500,000 Saudi riyals, and Diwan Award winner, poet Muhammad Al-Amin Job of the Republic of Senegal, for his poetry (like a song that will not be completed) and its value. 200,000 Saudi riyals, and the winner of the play poetry prize, the poet Muhammad Ismail Abdullah Suwailem of the Arab Republic of Egypt for his play (The Blind Plays Chess), which is worth 100,000 Saudi riyals, and the winner of the prize for sung poetry, the poet Abdulaziz Saud Al-Babtain of the State of Kuwait for the poem (I not wire you) performed by the artist Walaa Al-Jundi The value is 100,000 Saudi riyals, and the prize for the best project at the service of Arabic poetry is for the House of Poetry of Sharjah from the United Arab Emirates, with a value of 100,000 Saudi riyals.
The agency added that the Prince “honoured the winners of the Promising Poet Award, which has a total value of 500,000 thousand Saudi riyals, as he won the general education track award, with a value of 40,000 thousand Saudi riyals for each winner, Nawaf Fawzan Al-Matrafi (Al-Falah High School, Makkah Education) and Sahlia bint Muhammad Al-Omari (Umm Al-Mu’minin Aisha bin Abi Bakr High School, Madinah Education), Muhannad Hani Al-Zarqi (Al -Abadi Private High School, Taif Education), Muhammad Abdulaziz Al-Sultan (Curriculum Schools, Riyadh Education), and Dana Nasser Al-Salloum (High School 78, Riyadh Education), while winning the Saudi University Masar Award, with a worth 60,000 thousand Saudi riyals for each winner, Nader bin Muhammad bin Ali Al-Ghamdi (Al-Baha University), Layan Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Kaltham (Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University), Abdul Rahman Hussein Ibrahim Muharraq (Ibn Sina National College of Medical Sciences), and Musab Fawaz Aqeel Al-Juhani (Tabuk University), and Ibrahim Ali Ibrahim Al-Baridi (Qassim University).
