Unpleasant Kissing Experiences

British actress Emily Blunt, known for her roles in various blockbuster films, recently opened up about her experiences kissing her co-stars. Blunt, currently starring alongside Ryan Gosling in the movie “The Fall Guy,” revealed in an interview with American radio host Howard Stern that not all of her kissing experiences in Hollywood have been pleasant. When asked by Stern if she ever wanted to throw up after kissing an actor, Blunt candidly responded, “Absolutely, absolutely… I wouldn’t say it’s extreme loathing, but I’ve definitely not enjoyed some of it.”

Finding Something to Love

Despite the challenges she has faced, Blunt expressed her belief in finding something to appreciate about each person she works with. She elaborated, “I think my feeling is I’ve got to find something I love about everybody. I have to find something – even if it’s one thing. It might be like they have a nice laugh or I like how they speak to people, they’re polite. I mean, it might be something random. But find something you love about that person or something you love about them as the character and then kind of lean into that.”

Chemistry Between Stars

Blunt also discussed the idea of chemistry between co-stars. While admitting her ability to generate chemistry with anyone after her long career, she emphasized the ease of connecting with someone when there is a natural rapport. According to Blunt, “I’ve been doing this long enough. I could have chemistry with this water bottle at this point. You know how to conjure it. But it’s just easier when you have a natural rapport with someone.”

A Star-Studded Career

Having worked with various renowned actors including Tom Cruise, Matt Damon, Cillian Murphy, and Colin Firth, Blunt has made a name for herself in the industry. She was even nominated for an Oscar for her role in “Oppenheimer” where she portrayed the wife of the title character. Blunt expressed her gratitude for her co-star Ryan Gosling in “The Fall Guy,” stating, “I feel like I’m very lucky to be friends with a gem of a person like him.”
