Influences and TV profile Emilie «Voe» Nereng (25) is constantly embarking on new projects. Already at the age of thirteen, the 25-year-old became one of Norway’s first and most popular bloggers, before she eventually withdrew completely from the limelight and shut down the blog.
In recent times, however, she has been seen both in “Skal vi danse” and as a program manager for Matkanalen. Nereng has also published several cookbooks, in addition to making video clips about food and diet on Instagram.

Now Nereng will embark on another project. On Sunday, she shared a post on Instagram where it appears that she has bought a cottage plot where she will build her very own cottage.
“My God – I have bought a plot of land and am going to build a cabin! Lie, here I come », Nereng writes under a picture of herself where she stretches her hands in the air.
The picture has received over 12,000 likes and it has flowed in with congratulations to the new cottage plot owner.
– Not high hopes
Nereng tells Se og Hør that she has been looking at cottage plots since October last year, and that it has now finally worked out. For the 25-year-old, it became natural to build the cabin himself.
– I have really wanted a cabin for a long time and found what I think is the perfect place. I found a cabin model I could afford and which was great, the 25-year-old explains.
The cottage plot is located on Lygna, only an hour and a quarter from Oslo. It suits Nereng perfectly, because she is not very fond of driving long distances by car. The influencer envisages using the cabin a lot, and then it is good to be able to drive back and forth on one and the same day.

– There are also good skiing conditions in the winter.
According to the plan, the cabin will be completed in January or February next year, but Nereng is prepared for it to be delayed due to the pandemic. The corona has in fact led to deliveries of materials being delayed.
– I do not have too high hopes, at the same time as I hope that it is still skiable when the cabin is finished, says the ski-loving 25-year-old, and continues:
– I do not like downhills, and at Lygna it is quite flat, so it is perfect.

Emilie Nereng has been for several years boyfriend with Torgeir Glomnes Johansen (32), who last year went down on his knees and proposed. However, the fiancé is not included in the cottage purchase.

– I’m just myself and have a roommate, we do not need a giant family cabin. I just wanted a small cabin that I could afford, the influencer explains to Dagbladet.

– It’s just me who buys the cabin in the first place. It is not “just just” to take out a loan, so it has been a process to find out if I could afford it. But I am good at saving, says Nereng.
– A cabin is not something you buy spontaneously, she adds.
Nereng says that the cohabitant thinks it is fantastic that she will now build her own cabin.
– I did not tell anyone
– The boyfriend thinks it is absolutely fantastic and fun that I have managed to save so that I can make it happen. I am also really looking forward to sharing it with him, says the 25-year-old.
The host also looks forward to having a place of his own that is only associated with cosiness and coziness – and not work.
