SAN DIEGO.- Emilie Henric, a prominent figure in the beauty industry with French-Mexican roots, is a woman who embodies perseverance and dedication.
Her success story, spanning three decades, has not only been an impressive professional journey, but also a life lesson that inspires those who know her.
From his residence in San Diego, he has left an international mark, demonstrating that, with discipline, perseverance and will, dreams can become a palpable reality.
Emilie Henric’s story is a testament to how challenges can become springboards to success.
It all began in 1993, in Chihuahua, Mexico, when a young girl of just 13 years old decided to follow in her mother’s footsteps into the world of beauty salons.
By that age, Emilie was already working in the family business, absorbing every lesson the makeup industry had to offer.
However, her story really took off two years later, when, at age 15, she became a teenage mother.
“My motivation was to give the best to my children and make them feel proud,” recalls Emilie, who saw in her family a driving force to excel and aspire to more.
“The best thing about these 30 years has been the learning, both emotionally and professionally. It’s quite a combination,” Emilie reflects, looking back on her career.
But his story has not been without challenges. “Reaching this goal of 30 years and not giving up in the ups and downs, both in life and in being an entrepreneur in this beauty business, is a peak that you reach after having worked so hard,” he shares with pride.
Behind every success is a story of overcoming, such as facing the stereotype of the Mexican immigrant woman in the United States, or surviving a marriage marked by the schizophrenia of her then-husband, which culminated in a physical assault that almost destroyed everything.
“What makes me see that I am different today is recognition, having learned to receive recognition,” she says humbly, while appreciating everything she has achieved through education, in a country where being a mother and studying sometimes seems impossible.
Emilie is a Certified Medical Aesthetician and Clinical Nutritionist, specializing in cellular regeneration through nutrition, standing out in this field.
“I think I am at the time of reaping the fruits and enjoying them, of giving myself the opportunity to recognize my true value,” says Emilie, although she makes it clear that she is not finished sharing her knowledge and legacy.
Emilie Henric will be present at the annual Celebrando Latinas conference on September 14. More information at celebrandolatinas.com
