It was in connection with Sönderjyske’s training on Wednesday that Emil Holm and teammate Marc Dal Hende ended up in each other’s shoes, reports the local newspaper JydskeVestkysten.
According to the reports, Marc Dal Hende, during a break in training, has suddenly become “very angry” at Emil Holm – to which the former IFK Gothenburg defender is said to have responded. The newspaper writes that the former was most loud and excited in the quarrel.
– I’m tired of your shit, Dal Hende shouted to Emil Holm according to JydskeVestkysten.
The teammates then intervened and calmed down the duo. The training continued but about half an hour later sparks struck between Emil Holm and Marc Dal Hende again.
When Fotbollskanalen reaches Emil Holm on Wednesday afternoon, he is speechless about the incident:
– There is nothing I want to comment on, says Holm to Fotbollskanalen
– It got a little hot, but it’s common. I do not want to go into what happened in detail.
After training, head coach Henrik Hansen took the players aside. When Hansen met the media afterwards, he was critical of the duo’s actions.
– It’s about two ambitious players who want to win. That should of course be the case, but there is also a limit to how far you can go, says Hansen to JydskeVestkysten, and believes that that limit was reached at Wednesday’s training:
– The most important thing is that we have players who want to win, but that they also know where the line goes. Because in the end, it’s about no one getting over the team. It is important that we always stay within the framework we have set. Even when the heart rate is high, we must remember that.

Emil Holm broke through in IFK Gothenburg before he was sold to Sönderjyske at the beginning of 2021.
