Hainer would like to integrate more talents at FC Bayern – hopes in friend
Start a world career with the professionals through your own offspring. That is not only the great wish of the many talents on the FC Bayern campus, but also that of the bosses of the German record champions. Knowing full well that the breakthrough in the Munich star ensemble is of course more difficult than anywhere else.
“We have to bring talented players to the campus early enough and develop them in such a way that they can become real alternatives in our Bundesliga squad,” stressed President Herbert Hainer (69) recently tz.de. “It is clearly our goal to make the campus even more efficient.” From September, Bavaria’s new sports director will also play a key role in this. Christoph Freund (46) has already proven at Red Bull Salzburg that he can not only bring talent on board, but also develop them into stars with a clear plan.

Who follows Musiala at FC Bayern?
FC Bayern did this most recently with Jamal Musiala (20), who was lured to Munich in 2019 for a fee of 250,000 euros from Chelsea FC U18s. The question arises: Which of the current jewels has what it takes to become the new shooting star of the German record champions?
Insiders trust Jonathan Asp Jensen (17) to make a big leap in development. According to transfermarkt.de, the Dane moved from FC Midtjylland to the campus in 2022 for 1.2 million euros. In the previous season he was mainly used in the U17. In April, Asp Jensen made the leap to U19. The attacking midfielder is considered technically adept, likes to run and has a great understanding of the game. Physically, he even reminds observers of Musiala in his younger years.

The talents of FC Bayern
In addition to Asp Jensen and the three current German U17 European champions Max Schmitt (goalkeeper), Robert Ramsak (forward) and Maximilian Hennig (left-back), two Spaniards also have great potential. Midfielder Javier Fernandez (16) is technically good, but above all physically strong and intelligent. Left-back Adam Aznou (17) can be used flexibly on the flank, is quick, technically adept and hits good crosses. After an adductor injury, he is fit again and scheduled for the U19s.
FC Bayern was able to sign another exciting player for its U17s in the summer. Ljubo Puljic (16) reportedly came from the Croatian club NK Osijek for EUR 2.8 million. The central defender is dominant, strong in tackles and has a good mentality.
