“Email Overload: The Effects of Infobesity on Worker Productivity”

Many people are confronted, as soon as they arrive at the office, with the large pile of email waiting for them.

This is shown by the Observatory of infobesity and digital collaboration, in France, which published a report this week indicating that workers receive an average of 144 emails weekly.

More than half of these messages would be answered in less than an hour, which can affect employee productivity.
