Emaar Misr is preparing to launch a new phase of the “SOUL” project on the North Coast.
The company had launched the first phase of the project, which is a residential, touristic and commercial project in the North Coast region on a land with a total area of 518 acres and about 2,500 units, last August.
Soul Emaar North Coast is 10 minutes away from Dabaa axis, and Soul Emaar North Coast is only 35 minutes away from Marassi Village. Soul Emaar Beach is close to Sidi Abdel Rahman and El Alamein Airport.
The company said that the expected investment cost of the “SOUL” project is about EGP 53 billion, in a previous statement to the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
An official source in the company revealed the details of the new offering, that the new offering includes villas and townhouses, with areas starting from 240 square meters, 344 square meters, and 362 square meters, and there are 412, 487, 507 square meters, 687, and 784 square meters.
While the area of the largest villa reached 950 square meters, it consists of 7 rooms, and it will be delivered fully finished.
The source confirmed that the price of the most expensive villa reaches 215 million pounds, while unit prices start at 30 million pounds.
Emaar Misr had informed some of the upholders in the Uptown Cairo project, to link the price of paying the rest of the installments to dollars if it rises to more than 35 pounds, so that the customer bears the price difference throughout the repayment periods.
This decision came after Emaar Misr finished selling the phase that was offered in the Uptown Cairo project, and its number reached more than 20 villas. The company will also offer a number of other villas in the coming days, but after re-pricing these villas.
A source in the Emaar sales department confirmed that the price of the villas that were sold ranged from 30 million to 93 million pounds, while the price per square meter ranged from 90,000 to more than 130,000 pounds, and the area of the villa reached 750 square meters.
