The biopic ‘Elvis’ competes with sci-fi blockbuster ‘Avatar: Waterway’ for the top Golden Globe awards today, Tuesday, as stars return to the ceremony looking to rebuild their reputations after scandals.
The Golden Globes will return to televised after celebrities and NBC, which broadcasts the 2022 ceremony, boycotted it. Due to ethical errors by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, the awarding body.
Among the big names expected to attend today’s ceremony are Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Viola Davis, directors James Cameron and Steven Spielberg, and “Elvis” star Austin Butler, the front-runner to win the Best Actor award.

The film ‘The Banshees of Inchrin’ which leads the most nominations is seen as the main contender for the Best Comedy or Musical award.
