In each meeting between Elvia Milena Sanjuán and the people, there is a recurring request and that is that more roads be built that can connect villages and townships with the urban areas of the municipalities, which is why the candidate for the Governorship of Cesar commits to building 300 new kilometers of roads.
“Uniting the rural area with the urban area, through quality roads, generates social and economic development for the inhabitants of the different towns, that is evident. During my recent visit to Astrea they asked me that, when I am governor, I intervene on the road to Arjona and I will do so, that 8.1 kilometer stretch will be one of the first to be executed,” said Elvia Milena Sanjuán.
The candidate has identified, through the voice of the people of Caesarea themselves, another 11 sections that help put security, health, employment, better access to education and improvement in the quality of life in motion.
“Today we are committing to the Bosconia – El Edén sections; Pailitas – Los Llanos township; Monserrate – April 21, in San Alberto; San Martín – La Vega del Oso; Aguachica – Marinilla; Ayacucho – Punta Brava, in La Gloria; Curumaní – Bobilandia; San José de Oriente – Ye Filo de Machete – Ye Altos de Riecito, in La Paz; Candelaria – Puerto Sempegua, in Chimichagua; El Marquez – Puerto Patiño, in Aguachica; and Mariangola – Villa Germania, in Valledupar,” emphasized Elvia Milena Sanjuán.
In recent years, 800 kilometers of roads have been built in Cesar, with which Elvia Milena believes that the department has improved, which is why she wants to add these sections and others that, together with the community, she can identify, plan and execute.
