“Elves” distributed vote traders by region. By name

“We are starting to reveal the names of the mutts who trade in people’s votes.”

Such a request is given by the informal community of cyber security and anti-malware experts – BG Elves (“Bulgarian Elves”) in a post on social networks, which contains real names and in some places – nicknames. In addition to their profit, according to the “elves”, they are buying votes.

This is the second such “mention” within days, after former PP-DB MP Ivaylo Mirchev, who was also in a Facebook post, listed some nicknames by region, but without to assign names.

Data of the “elves” there are three names of people and they want Blagoevgrad, Kyustendil, Kardjali, Pazardjik and Pernik districtswith the breakdown also with smaller cities and settlements, even neighborhoods.

For example, in Blagoevgrad we find nicknames like Buldoko, Brambaro, Shaborda, Babicho, Mishkata. In Sandanski there are Boretso, Apasha and the gentle Puhi. The list also includes Garmen, Simitli, Dupnitsa, Bobov Dol, Sapareva Banya, Petrich, Razlog, Velingrad, Septemvri, Radomir and others. Five names are listed as vote traders for Kardzhali district only.

Among those listed are mayors, police chiefs, forest officers, city councillors, loan sharks and even MPs.

“Voting will be controlled by pens with micro cameras purchased from Ali Express”we read a note to “subdivision” Rakitovo.

The classic “wood for voice” scheme is also mentioned.

Is this just the first part as names have only been released in five areas – judging by the request of BG Elves – yes.

Against this background, the Ministry of Internal Affairs shows activity every day with press releases about vote buyers who have been caught, but traditionally it is not clear what happens to them afterwards, who are the sponsors and did he reach the top of the pyramid.
