The musical icon was taken to the orthopedic ward at Princess Grace Hospital in Monaco where he was treated for minor injuries. The singer slipped in his villa, but is doing well in the meantime. “We confirm that Elton has visited the hospital as a precaution,” his spokesman said. “After a few checks, he was released from hospital on Monday morning. He is now home and in good health.”
Elton will be spending the summer in France with his husband David Furnish and their two sons after completing his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour in July.
