The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has completed an investigation into the SpaceX spacecraft Starship accident that exploded during a test flight. The FAA determined that the starship occurred within safety standards and did not threaten the safety of the public. With this investigation, Starship’s exploration of Mars is expected to cruise on schedule.
On the 21st (local time), the US CNN and others reported that the Federal Aviation Administration had completed an investigation into Starship’s prototype SN8 and SN9 models. The SN9 and SN8 exploded during the test flight, raising concerns about stability.
SN9 succeeded in high-altitude flight on the 2nd, but exploded during landing. It was pointed out that the SN8 exploded while landing after flying for 6 minutes and 42 seconds in December last year, and it is necessary to regulate SpaceX’s Mars exploration project. The FAA said it conducted an investigation of two prototypes that exploded over a two-week period and found no safety issues that would disrupt the project.

In a statement on the 19th (local time), the FAA said, “We conducted an accident investigation on the prototype, and SN9 had an accident within the safe range of the FAA standard.” It wasn’t enough to do it.” The FAA said, “We plan to approve the test flight of SN10 as scheduled.”
SpaceX will soon launch the SN10 at the Boca Chica launch site in Texas, USA. It is known that the goal of this flight is to fly at altitude up to a total height of 10 km.
The FAA investigation is expected to make SpaceX’s Mars migration project cruise on schedule. SpaceX has a grand plan to move 1 million people to Mars by 2050. We are pushing ahead with a project to send 100,000 people to Mars at a time with 100 people on board per Starship. Earth and Mars are approaching every 26 months, and it is known that if the goal of SpaceX is met, 13 times can be spent by 2050.
Meanwhile, on the 18th (local time), NASA’s Mars exploration rover’Personality’ landed safely on Mars and began its mission. NASA launched Perseverance in July of last year. Perseverance flew 472 million km in seven months and settled in the crater as an example of the surface of Mars.
Over the past 7 months (203 days), after a whopping 472 million km of journey, it settled in the crater (Jezero Crater) as an example of the surface of Mars that day. For example, the crater is a 45km-wide crater, and it is estimated that the river delta existed about 3.5 billion years ago. Perservance is tasked with collecting samples of rock and sediment for future analysis.
