In the recently published biography of Elon Musk, there was an interesting episode about how the eccentric billionaire asked to add his “cameo” to Cyberpunk 2077. If, of course, breaking into the studio with a weapon in your hands draws on the word “asked.”
This story was told by singer Grimes. According to her, she was just finishing another session at the CD Projekt RED recording studio when Elon burst into the room with a “200-year-old gun” in his hands. Apparently it was a flintlock pistol:
He wanted to insist on his cameo in the game. The guys from the studio started to sweat.
Musk himself said:
I told them I was armed but not dangerous.
According to Musk, the game inspired him with its implants, which are very similar to those developed by his company Neuralink. Apparently, the developers were not impressed by this trick, because Elon’s cameo in Cyberpunk 2077 it didn’t hit.
