Leaders in the field of social networks criticized the American billionaire owner of Twitter, Elon Musk, against the background of the emergence of the new “Threads” platform launched by the “Meta” company.
And the American “Business Insider” news site stated that with the launch of “Meta” for the “Threads” platform, the migration of tweeters from “Twitter” to the new platform, which appeared last week, has practically begun.
The site quoted account managers in social networks as saying that they have become overburdened with the new platforms, which entails doubling the burdens on them and those working with them.
And the director of communication networks at McDonald’s restaurant chain, Guillaume Huen, expressed his frustration with the emergence of “Threads”.
And he wrote on his documented account on “Twitter”: This is the case of every director of communication networks tonight, and he published, accompanied by this comment, two pictures of actor Pedro Pascal, in which he turns from laughter to crying with the emergence of a new platform on “Social Media”.
And the American journalist Derek Guy published a picture showing a worker who lowered her head due to stress, and wrote above it: “Social media managers have to spread the same joke on 18 applications because of Elon Musk.”
And a number of “Social Media” managers blamed Elon Musk for the decline in the popularity of “Twitter” among users and advertisers alike.
Musk had announced earlier, with the appearance of “Threads”, that the platform would limit the number of tweets that users could browse per day, which was criticized and made many tweeters search for alternative platforms.
For account managers on social networks, the advent of a new platform like Threads means that there is new work to be done including developing new content strategies and allocating time to publish this content on them, outside of traditional platforms:
