Elon Musk Responds to Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta Launch: $44 Billion Spent, It’s Personal Now

Media outlets and accounts on social media circulated a tweet attributed to businessman Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter, in which he says that he “spent $44 billion on this Twitter, while this lizard boy simply decided to copy it. It’s personal now. I see you in a cage.” wrestling”.

The alleged tweet supposedly depicts Musk’s reaction to the launch of Mark Zuckerberg’s giant Meta company, Threads, a competitor to Twitter, after months of hostile rhetoric between the two tech poles.

According to the “Misbar” platform To verify the false news, the tweet is not present in Musk’s official account, but is taken from a satirical account, with the word “sarcastic” included in its title according to the terms of “Twitter” in this regard. Note that Musk responded to the tweet by clarifying that the account is satirical and not real.

The prosecution referred to a fight that the two parties agreed to take part in earlier, after one of the users warned Musk against criticizing Zuckerberg’s domination of the largest social sites in the world because the latter practices “Jujutsu” martial arts, so Musk replied that he was ready to fight him inside a cage if he wanted to. And it seemed that the story crossed the bounds of humor when Zuckerberg accepted the challenge, saying through his account on “Instagram”: “Send me the location.” Which Musk has already done.

The accusations of copying and pasting come after Meta, the owner of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, launched a new Twitter-like platform called Threads, which since its launch on July 5 has collected more than 30 million subscribers. At a time when Twitter is officially considering prosecuting Meta for violating intellectual property rights.
