SpaceX chief comments on US president not congratulating astronauts on first fully civilian mission
SpaceX launched the first all-civilian crew into space, and the mission was very different from the tourist trips of Richard Branson and Jeff Bezos. Instead of a few minutes at suborbital altitude, the crew spent 3 days in orbit 500 km above the earth’s surface.

Although made up of amateurs, the mission conducted several experiments in orbit, and its crew dedicated it to St. Jude Children’s Cancer Hospital, to which Elon Musk donated $ 50 million. Billionaire entrepreneur Jared Isaacman, who was the commander of the civilian mission, donated 100 million to the hospital. During their flight, the astronauts spoke with many of the patients being treated at St. Jude’s.
However, the historic success in space and the huge donation were overlooked by US President Joe Biden.
He’s still sleeping

“The President of the United States refused to even acknowledge the existence of our newest astronauts, who raised hundreds of millions of dollars for St. Jude Hospital“What do you think is the reason for this?” A follower of Elon Musk asked on Twitter.
“He is still asleep“Elon Musk answers, referring to Joe Biden.
Because of his age and the many blunders at public events, Biden earned the ironic nickname “Sleep.” During the last US presidential election, Donald Trump regularly called his political opponent “Sleeping Joe.”
It’s not the first time Joe Biden has ignored Elon Musk’s success. Although Tesla’s electric cars are the best-selling in the world, the company was not invited to an electric car event hosted by the White House a few weeks ago.
