Tesla has given CEO Elon Musk the official title of ‘Technoking of Tesla’. Furthermore, financial director Zachary Kirkhorn of the electric car manufacturer has been named ‘King of Coin’.

Tesla reported the new titles for Musk and Kirkhorn to the US stock exchange regulator Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), without providing further details on the notable names. Musk and Kirkhorn will also retain the regular titles of Tesla CEO and Chief Financial Officer.
Presumably, the weird titles have to do with the $ 1.5 billion investment that Tesla has made in bitcoins and the announcement that the company will accept the digital coins as a means of payment. This contributed to a sharp rise in the price of bitcoin. It was worth more than $ 60,000 for the first time on Saturday. Meanwhile, the value of the world’s most famous crypto coin has dropped to below 57,000 dollars.
