Billionaire Elon Musk pledged yesterday, Saturday, to give $1 million every day until the November election to someone who signs an online petition in favor of freedom of expression and the right to bear arms, which are guaranteed by the US Constitution .
He wasted no time in handing out a check for $1 million to an attendee at his event in Pennsylvania that he organized to rally support for Republican Donald Trump. The winner was a man named John Dreher, according to event staff.
The only criterion, according to Musk, was that he had signed his own petition in favor of the first and second amendments to the US Constitution, which guarantee freedom of expression and the right to bear arms.
“John had no idea, by the way,” the Tesla founder said as he handed Dreher the check.

Musk is giving away millions to boost Trump
The money is the latest example of how Musk is using his impressive wealth to influence the highly lopsided presidential race between Trump and his Democratic rival Kamala Harris.
“It seems like a nice way to spend money,” added the multi-billionaire, who again accused Democrats of “censorship.”
Musk founded America PAC, a political action organization aimed at supporting Trump’s presidential campaign. The organization is helping mobilize and register voters to vote for Trump in contested swing states, but there are signs it is struggling to meet its goals.
The event in Harrisburg was the third in as many days in Pennsylvania, where Musk is encouraging voters to vote early and get others to do the same.

Yesterday, Saturday, he said that if Harris wins, it will be “the last election”, implying that the US will no longer exist.
He also said that Trump’s two assassination attempts prove that he shakes things up and disturbs the establishment in ways that Harris does not.
He added that this is why no one is trying to kill Harris.
“Killing a puppet has no value,” Musk said, repeating an “argument” he had made in a social media post.

The petition, which Musk is asking citizens to sign, states: “The First and Second Amendments guarantee free speech and the right to bear arms. By signing, I am declaring my support for the First and Second Amendments.”
Attendees at yesterday’s event were required to sign the petition, allowing America PAC to obtain the information of more potential voters whom it has a good chance of persuading to go to the polls to vote for Trump.
