Tesla CEO Ilon Musk reveals some details about the automaker’s plans for construction in the central part of the USA Gigafactory Cybertruck factory for the production of an electric pickup truck.
After he announced that Tesla was looking for a place in the central US for the new Cybertruck Gigfactory, several states and cities had already applied to draw the company’s attention to their region. In particular, the Joplin authorities offered the company a number of benefits, including a reduced tax rate, which would allow it to save $ 1 billion.
Musk did not specify which region is currently exploring Tesla, but previously mentioned Texas and locations in three different states as possible places to run the second in USA factory company. As for Texas, it was most likely about Austin.
